Love Thyself

~Valentine's Day Yoga Mashup~
Valentine's day can be a hard day if you aren't a fan of the upcoming Hallmark Holiday.
Accept, heal and transform with Lilly and Mara j. The dynamic duo will reunite for a co-teaching experience including, but not limited to - Exploring the Shadow (Chaya Yoga), AromaYoga for exhaustion, sore bodies and recovery from excess. Jessica Plummer is also going to be joining us and bringing oils to share. We will support our individual mental health by sharing messages of hope and encouragement with each other. As a studio partner of Wanderlust O'ahu, this pre-festival event is a wonderful reason for Mara j to return to teach on the North Shore!
Class will be held at Ali'i Beach Park, right near the Haleiwa Jodo Mission.
Sunday February 14
9-10:15 am
$10 donations requested to support the Pono Youth Program, which aims to reduce risk and cultivate resiliency in the young people of Hawaii. Class is open to all...

Wanderlust O'ahu is almost here...

Join Mara j at 8 am on Sunday, February 28th at the bay at Turtle Bay Resort for Aqua Yoga!!!
The idea will be to connect first with the sea, then yourself, and finally with each other in a fun, floating environment built on trust, surrender, confidence and letting go. The ultimate savasana. Allowing the ocean rhythm to take you into comfort and release. (pregnant students highly encouraged).
Noodles provided. Spaces are VERY limited, so reserve now. Send a request to jasmineyogahawaii@gmail.com for a

Upcoming Master Class:
Cathy Louise Broda presents a Hands-on Yoga Master Class: How to Transform with Touch on Sunday, March 13 at Purple Yoga Hawaii. Click the link for info and to register. This will be different to Cathy Louise's usual weekend Hands-on Workshop with a stronger emphasis on the purpose and energetics of adjustments. Rather than just focusing on the assists for particular asana, she will mix lecture, demonstration, hands-on work and Q&A, coming at the subject from all angles.
It's titled a master class, but it's open to all students, not just teachers. The title more reflects the level of learning that Cathy Louise is ready to share. Space is limited, so register early to secure your place. Get $20 off the full price if you pay by February 29.
