This workshop series is designed to add a new layer of awareness to your current practice. Begin the process of deepening the range of motion in your spine. Increase stability and
mobility with confidence as you ease breath and body into the unknown. Discover the therapeutic benefit of moving your spine in new ways. Bring courage and a sense of humor. Some yoga experience is recommended.
